Return Conditions: 2.1 Unopened Bottles: We accept returns of unopened HairCodex Serum bottles within 14 days of receiving the product. To ensure a smooth return, please ensure the bottle is sealed and in unused condition. Please keep the original packaging and accessories for the return.

2.2 Opened Bottles: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened HairCodex Serum bottles for hygiene and safety reasons. Once the seal has been opened, the product is considered used, and we cannot offer it for sale or reshipment.

Exceptions: In some cases, certain products may be excluded from returns under § 312g para. 2 BGB if the seal has been removed for health or hygiene reasons. This particularly applies to products like the HairCodex Serum, which is directly applied to the skin.
