We offer shipping of the HairCodex Serum both within Germany and internationally. Our delivery service covers many countries around the world. Please note that some restrictions may apply to certain international regions. Feel free to contact us for information about availability in your country.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Shipping usually takes place within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. Weekends and holidays are excluded.

SHIPPING METHOD:

Your order will be shipped safely and securely to your specified delivery address. Delivery time is typically 1-3 business days within Germany and may vary depending on your international location.

SHIPPING:

Shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €4.99 per order. We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €50. For international deliveries, shipping costs may vary depending on the country and package weight. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply to international orders, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

SHIPMENT TRACKING:

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking link to track the status of your delivery.
DELIVERY: Please ensure you are present at the specified address at the time of delivery. The package can be left with a neighbor or at a collection point.
