Terms and Conditions - 2

  1. General: These general terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between Haircules Serum eK, Bleicheroder Weg 4, 51061 Cologne and the customer, regardless of the type of use of the e-commerce site www.Haircules-Serum.com. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless Haircules eK has expressly agreed in writing.

  2. Offer and conclusion of contract: The presentation of the products on the e-commerce site does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. The customer can order the products via the e-commerce site. By sending an order, the customer makes a binding offer. Haircules Serum eK is entitled to accept this offer within five days by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the ordered products.

  3. Terms of delivery: The delivery takes place within 3-4 working days. The customer bears the delivery costs.

  4. Terms of payment: Payment can be made by credit card, Klarna, Paypal or ApplePay.

  5. Retention of title: The delivered products remain the property of Haircules Serum eK until full payment has been made

  6. Warranty and liability: Hairucles Serum eK is only liable for damages that are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by Hairucles Serum eK or its legal representatives. Liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty is excluded insofar as these do not relate to essential contractual obligations, damage resulting from injury to life, limb or health or guarantee promises.

  7. Data protection: Haircules Serum eK undertakes to treat the customer's personal data confidentially and not to pass it on to third parties.

  8. Severability clause: Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

  9. Choice of law: The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

  11. Applicable law: The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to all legal relationships between Haircules Serum eK and the customer, excluding the UN Sales Convention.

  12. Place of jurisdiction: If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the registered office of Haircules Serum eK
